A management and coaching consultant with over 15 years’ experience in strategy planning, coaching, and project, program and portfolio management, my guest for today’s show was the delightful TC Miller.
My conversation with TC was truly a pleasure because not only was I able to do a bit of a deep dive into the mind of a project manager, but I had the added pleasure of getting to know a new friend and colleague, and I couldn’t have been more excited!
In addition to her thoughts on being a female business owner and the challenges that alone may present, TC shared with us her thoughts on the essential skills needed to becoming a successful project manager which involves not only rock solid communication skills but also a strong desire to learn, to mentor and to understand the vital role that project managers have in building a successful team that produces amazing results.
