Jill Eaton worked her way from programmer to Executive in the Information Technology field...which was unique for a female starting in the late 1980s.

She led a leadership development training program for a fortune 500 company for 10 years. Based on personal interest, she began to research the topic of gender communications and became a local expert

After a successful IT executive career that lasted for 15 years, Jill retired early to write a book about how gender differences can impact our careers and relationships called, Gender Goggles: The Vision You Need to Get Promoted, Strengthen Relationships & Love Graciously.
