So how are we all doing? It’s the end of December! Can we believe all that 2020 dished out to us? And for many, is still doing so. Taking all of this into consideration, it’s a wonder that we may feel some exhaustion, I know I do.

When I look back at what this past year has brought to my life and the changes and adjustments I’ve had to make, it either makes me want to run screaming from the room, or stop, take inventory, take back some control, and recognize the good changes and good behaviors that I would like to keep in place, while also recognizing the not so good changes and behaviors that I would like to correct or eliminate completely.

What things have worked for you and what hasn’t? What steps can you take to allow the good to remain somehow, someway in your life?

Grab your favorite holiday beverage and Have A Seat with me to reflect on 2020, to acknowledge the challenges we faced, appreciate the high's and low's and prepare for what lies ahead in the coming year. Thank you as always for your tremendous support this past year and always. Happy New Year and let's do all the things in 2021!

A simple New Year's Resolution? Be a guest on my show!

If you find my content of value, would you consider supporting Have A Seat by Buying Me A Coffee?

It's quick and simple and truly appreciated!

Thank you for listening!

Creating Have A Seat...Conversations with Women in the Workplace Podcast was a way for me to engage in weekly conversations with women about their career journey and share them in a fun and supportive way. I truly believe we all have a unique story to tell; we add value in what we do and are rock stars in our own right and I'm excited to bring you these stories every week.
