So how are we all doing? It’s the end of December! Can we believe all that 2020 dished out to us? And for many, is still doing so. Taking all of this into consideration, it’s a wonder that we may feel some exhaustion, I know I do.
When I look back at what this past year has brought to my life and the changes and adjustments I’ve had to make, it either makes me want to run screaming from the room, or stop, take inventory, take back some control, and recognize the good changes and good behaviors that I would like to keep in place, while also recognizing the not so good changes and behaviors that I would like to correct or eliminate completely.
What things have worked for you and what hasn’t? What steps can you take to allow the good to remain somehow, someway in your life?
