Winning the Game of Work A Conversation with Author + Executive Career Coach Terry McDougall

Winning the Game of Work A Conversation with Author + Executive Career Coach Terry McDougall

“As much as we get attached to the outcomes that we want to happen, sometimes the biggest gifts happen when things don’t go the way we expect them to”

"You're not playing fair, you broke the rules!" How many times did we hear that childhood war cry as we played our games?

As with any games we used to play as children, there are also rules to the game of work. Unfortunately there is no hard and fast rulebook that we can carry around with us to help us navigate our way through the workplace.

However, my guest this week, author and executive career coach, Terry McDougall helps us interpret and better understand those rules in her successful book, Winning the Game of Work.

Have a Seat with Terry and hear ways in which we can begin to develop our unique skills as a “player" and to realize that now is the time to see the whole field, make savvy moves and win the game of work on our own terms.
