A Twofer Being Invisible and Playing Small At Work

A Twofer Being Invisible and Playing Small At Work

"You didn't wake up today to be mediocre"

Today I wanted to share a quick minicast on being invisible and playing small at work.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed but lately there has been an increase in the discussions around women taking back or proclaiming their “seat at the table” in their careers. I’m not an industry expert so I can’t speak to why this trend seems to be taking off right now, but I’m personally really happy to read and learn more about it.

Recently, I read two articles that were very similar in nature, one dealing with being invisible at work, and another, about playing small at work. I thought both articles were similar enough in nature that putting them together for a quick minicast would be a nice idea.

As always if you have thoughts on these topics or any topics I share, please feel free to reach out and let's continue the conversation!

Thanks for listening!
