Arivee Vargas

Arivee Vargas is a first-generation Latina lawyer, podcast host, life coach, and mother, helping
first-generation and women of color professionals at personal inflection points – to move forward with clarity and confidence and a stronger sense of self. Currently, Arivee works full-time in leadership and organizational development for a biotech company.

Arivee is active in her community, holding leadership roles at Boston College and serving on various boards. She has received numerous accolades, including being named a top 15 coach in Boston in 2022 and 2023, and has been featured in Boston College Magazine and the Boston Business Journal (2021). She is the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions, including being honored as one of Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 (2020) and Latina leader in Hispanic Executive magazine (2019).
