CEO
During her childhood, Kim was told she was only to be seen and not heard, and into her teenage years, she was told she was bossy and had a big mouth. In her 25-year career leading high-volume sales teams in corporate America, she kept herself small to avoid being the "b" in the room or the "know-it-all all." She only spoke up when she thought she knew what everyone else wanted to hear. She lied to herself and others. She faked it until she "just couldn't" any longer. When she nearly crashed and burned, she knew she had to make a change in her life and in the lives of other women leaders. Kim became a coach to help other women stop living small and take a seat at the table with confidence.
