Tanya Peterson

Tanya Peterson works for Capturing Kids' Hearts®, serving professionals in K-12 education. Their mission is to "bring out the best in people."

With over 25 years of service within the organization, Tanya has served in various roles to organize details and connect ideas systemically. As Director of Operations, Tanya works with staff and multiple departments to accomplish the company's vision and goals, developing internal systems and processes for quality, growth, client support, and engagement.

Tanya received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is also a certified Zumba Fitness® instructor and brings her passion for organizing movement and encouraging others to her projects and teams. With her warm personality, people skills, and eye for detail, she provides value that exceeds expectations.

Tanya and her husband, Randy, live in Texas. They have two beautiful daughters. Tanya and her family love to travel, explore new areas, and most of all spend time together.
