As Director of PMO at Contegix, a premier cloud application service provider. Within a year, I guided the PMO and its remote team to become an innovative, strategic business partner valued across the enterprise for enhancing the customer experience, increasing efficiency, and optimizing the bottom-line.
Previously for HOSTING (a $100M provider of managed cloud/hosting services), I founded and grew the company’s first formal PMO, and built and led a remote team to complete hundreds of projects with industry-best metrics for on-time, on-budget delivery.
